During the darkest hours of WWII, three Russian brothers transformed persecution and violence into an incredible tale of affirmation and survival.
Living in the Soviet Republic of Belarus, Zus,
Tuvia and Asael Bielski fled to the woods to
escape the Nazis. There, they built an elaborate underground village and rescued Jews. The Bielskis saved 1,250 men, women and children, who’s offspring today number close to 20,000 – the largest rescue of WWII. Zus’ son Zvi shares with us firsthand his father’s miraculous story of courage, faith and fearlessness. An incredible story.
