This 4 part series will examine the following issues as it applies to: What are the implications of Verbal commitments? Truth: Determining Truth, what the implications and obligations? Revealing truth: Rights of privacy vs. Responsibility to the public? The role of the lawyer in achieving forgiveness.

Instructor: Rabbi Yossi Shanowitz
Yossi Shanowitz received his MA in Talmudic Law in 1989 from the RCA. He is an accredited JLI instructor on Ethics and Law, and lectures extensively on comparative law and Ethics. He has sat on panels with members of Superior Court of Quebec, as well as members of the judiciary on the issues of comparative law and ethics.
